You’re a Leader

I can hear your objection now: “Bo, this talk isn’t for me. I’m not a leader. I’m just a follower. I don’t want to be in front. In fact, my goal in life is to be an Assistant Vice Member.”

You’re wrong. I believe everyone is a leader.

Why? Because leadership is influence.

And YOU influence the people around you.

We think of leaders as people with titles. But most leaders have no titles. At least, they have no business cards…

A parent is a leader – the most important leader in the world.

A sibling who takes care of other siblings is a leader. Youngest, oldest, middle child— it doesn’t matter.

A friend who influences friends is a leader.

An officemate who influences other officemates is a leader.

You’re a Leader. If it’s uncomfortable to say that word, then say this: “I’m an influencer.”

In this talk, I present God’s Qualities of Leaders. As the Election comes near, let’s pray for the Philippines. Let’s pray for our political leaders. May God’s light shine upon us, protect us, enlighten us, and bless our country.
